This page explains what happens to information you share with Neuwirth CPA (Joseph Neuwirth, CPA PC) through this website.

What we collect

When you send the contact form we receive your name, business name, email, phone number, your message, and how you heard about us. We don't use advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

Only to answer your request and, if you become a client, to serve you. We don't sell or share it for marketing.

Sensitive information

Please don't send Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, or tax documents through the contact form or by ordinary email. Clients share documents through our secure client portal.

Our practice-management app and connected services

Our team uses a private practice-management app (app.neuwirthcpa.com). Only Neuwirth CPA staff can sign in, with two-step sign-in. When the firm connects QuickBooks Online, the app reads customer names, contact emails, invoices and open balances from the firm's own QuickBooks company, and, for clients who connect their books, the transactions waiting for our review. This data is used only to serve our clients, is stored encrypted with access limited by role, is never sold or used for advertising, and is removed when the connection is ended on request. Full Social Security and account numbers are masked to the last four digits.
