These terms cover this website and the Neuwirth CPA practice-management app at app.neuwirthcpa.com, operated by Joseph Neuwirth, CPA PC ("Neuwirth CPA", "we").

Who may use the app

The app is for Neuwirth CPA staff only. Access is given by the firm, requires two-step sign-in, and can be removed at any time. Clients use our separate client portal.

Connected services

The firm may connect services such as QuickBooks Online and Microsoft 365. The app only reads the data it needs to serve clients (for QuickBooks: customers, invoices, balances and transactions awaiting review) and does not change anything in QuickBooks. A connection can be ended at any time from the app's settings or from the connected service, after which no further data is read.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The website and app are provided as is. Website content is general information, not tax, legal or financial advice for your situation; advice is given only within an engagement with the firm. To the extent the law allows, Neuwirth CPA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the website or app.
